Ginkgo Leaf Pottery at Sawbridge Studios, Winnetka IL
In 2011, I began to sell my pottery at Sawbridge Studios, located in the neighborhood of Winnetka IL known as Hubbard Woods. Sawbridge specializes in home furnishings in the Arts & Crafts style. As the gingko leaf was a predominant motif in that design, all of the work I sell there contains these beautiful fan-shaped leaves.
Lichen Glaze Cups
New Work! These small teacups (or wine cups) are inspired by some Japanese teacups I spotted in a local tea shop. My version consists of the black clay body, white lichen glaze on the exterior, a green interior extending onto the exterior, with some black brushed on the rim. They are approx. 2" tall and 2-1/2" at the rim.
